Our spacious facilities boast a 22-metre indoor pool, heated to a comfortable temperature of 28-29 °C. We also have a smaller indoor exercise pool heated to a slightly warmer temperature of 33-34°C, perfect for injury rehabilitation, the young and the young at heart.

Our well-stocked and fully air-conditioned gym is open to all members over the age of 16, and caters to all realms of fitness from cardio to strength training. Whether you are starting off on your gym journey or are an experienced gym user, we have what you need.
All members receive a free induction when they join our health club in Dover from one of trained colleagues, so they can feel comfortable to use each piece of equipment safely and efficiently.

These range from restorative massages to top-quality manicures and pedicures to simple waxing.
If there is a particular fitness goal you're working towards, an injury which needs some attention or you simply want an experienced hand to guide you through your fitness journey, our in-house personal training from Coastal Fitness can help.
These can be carried out 1-to-1, 1-to-2 with a friend, in the gym or outside on the grounds – Whatever suits you the most.

Looking for a fitness- and fun-filled day out? We host multiple activities including a big inflatable fun run, aqua paddlers, inflatable jet skis, Waterworx, outdoor football and battle blasters.
