Welcome to the Balance Spa & Health Club – One of the finest membership-only health and fitness facilities in the Southeast. Our spa and health club in Dover is situated on St Margaret's Bay Holiday Park, surrounding by rolling countryside and just a stone's throw from the White Cliffs of Dover.

We can provide you with everything you need to enjoy a healthier and more active life, including a state-of-the-art gym with an in-house personal trainer, a 22-metre pool and a smaller pol for injury rehabilitation. If you're looking for rest and relaxation, you're in luck – Our facility boasts its very own spa pool, sauna and on-site beautician.

Our Opening Times

 

Winter Times start from the 9.11.24, we will be CLOSED at 6pm at weekends only until March.

10am – 6:30pm (Everyone)

Please note that the pool closes every Monday for staff training

Please note that the small pool is closed between 10am – 10:45am for Waterworx on Tuesday

Please note that we close between 12:30pm – 2pm and 5pm – 7pm for activities at Weekends. To book activities at our health club in Dover, please enquire at reception

Please be aware that last entry to the pool is half an hour before the end of the session.
